Our Story
Pranalya was born from a deep personal journey — one rooted in self-discovery, ancient yogic practices, and a longing to live in alignment with the rhythms of nature. The founder, Deepali Agarwal, envisioned a sanctuary where people could return to themselves — where conscious choices, natural living, and soulful connections could coexist in harmony.
The name "Pranalya" is a reflection of this vision — a sanctuary for nurturing the life force (prana) and honoring the dance of masculine and feminine energies that shape our world and our inner landscapes.
In a fast-paced world full of overwhelm and disconnection, Pranalya is an invitation to pause, reflect, and come back home — to your breath, to your body, to the Earth.

Meet the Founder:
Deepali Agarwal!
Hi, I’m Deepali — a mother, a yoga teacher, a coach, a product manager, and a seeker. My journey has woven through diverse paths, yet they all led to one truth: when we live in alignment with nature and spirit, life becomes richer, more meaningful, and more joyful.
Pranalya was born from my desire to support families in building sustainable, intentional lives — to shift away from toxic consumption and towards a life that honors balance, breath, and simplicity. Whether it’s through homemade meals, natural products, or soulful conversations, my vision is to help you return to your natural state of peace and power.
