I am gifted. My superpower is the ability to perceive everything as energy—the unseen force that shapes all that unfolds around us. At times, this flow of information feels like an overwhelming torrent, almost too vast to process. Yet, in other moments, I am able to contain it, allowing it to fill me with a profound sense of expansion and inner growth.
Everything in the universe is pure energy, each element holding the potential to take any shape or form, eventually crafting the reality we experience.
Consider a piece of teakwood furniture: the tree, in its original form, was created by the energies of the earth, sun, and water, weaving together to bring forth a living being. Later, this tree offered itself to a woodcutter, who skillfully shaped it into exquisite furniture. That piece was then chosen by someone to hold their most cherished belongings—things they love, need, or desire. Isn’t it extraordinary how the universe orchestrates the interplay of energies at just the right moments to fulfill our needs and desires?
When energies flow harmoniously, even the hardest seed can blossom into a beautiful plant. But when energies fall out of balance, like in a parched forest under the scorching sun, they can ignite a fire that consumes everything in its path. Yet, after the forest burns, it is reborn with the help of rain and the sun, revitalized by the embrace of Mother Earth. When we begin to see life through the eyes of the creator, it becomes a dance of magic and gratitude.
Energy, by its very nature, possesses a dual essence—its Yin and Yang, or its Shiva and Shakti. It can manifest as both light and darkness. While our human eyes may perceive only one side of this energy at any given moment, on a cosmic scale, Yin and Yang are always in balance. We hold the power to transform these universal energies through our thoughts and actions.
According to the laws of the universe, every action triggers an equal and opposite reaction. When we live without full awareness, we create karmic imprints—patterns of thoughts and actions that may not serve our highest good. This is often why we struggle to see the bigger picture when faced with pain or suffering.
Energy is neither created nor destroyed; it merely changes form. Only by living each moment with full awareness can we truly understand what we are manifesting in our lives.
This, I believe, is the greatest transformation a human being can undergo: the realization that we are the creators of our own reality.
Aham Brahmasmi—I am the Universe.
Centering Thought:
“I am a vessel of universal energy, creating my reality with each thought and action.”
Takeaway Practice:
Pause for a moment today. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and reflect on a recent energy exchange in your life—a thought, action, or interaction that left an imprint. Ask yourself:
-
What energy did I bring into this exchange?
-
How has it shaped my current reality?
Connection Idea:
“What energy exchange have you experienced recently that left a mark on your reality? Reply to share your story, and let’s explore how we’re shaping the universe together.”
Closing Thought:
The universe is a dance of energy. Step with awareness, and let the rhythm guide you to your highest self.
With love and light,
